Refund Policy

If your inquiry is regarding a return or exchange, the date your email is sent must fall within the timeframes outlined in our Terms & Conditions below.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your order and are happy to offer a return for a refund, exchange, or credit note depending on the purchase. Please note - this policy applies to all orders once placed and is compliant with both State and Commonwealth Australian Law.

Subject to the following requirements:

  • No exchange on sale items 
  • Due to hygiene reasons; Jewellery, Footwear and Lingerie are considered final sale and will not be accepted as a change of mind exchange. 
  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. They must be folded in the packaging, in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. 
  • Process: To initiate an Exchange, email us at sales@styleworkroom.com with "EXCHANGE" in the subject line within 7 days of delivery. Please note, your exchange is initiated once your email is sent. 
  • Costs: Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping. 

 

RETURN POLICY

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be folded in the packaging, in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. 
  • Type: Full priced items can be returned for a refund or store credit.
  • Process: To initiate a Return, email us at sales@styleworkroom.com with "RETURN" in the subject line within 7 days of delivery. Please note, your return is initiated once your email is sent. 
  • Costs: At the expense of the buyer including a $15 dollar processing fee. 

 

SALE ITEMS

Subject to the following requirements:

  • ALL sale items are considered final sale: Items purchased during online sale events (such as Black Friday) are considered FINAL SALE. As a condition of sale, these items are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange. 

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM

  • Should you receive damaged or faulty good, an incorrect order or feel it is not as advertised please contact us at sales@styleworkroom.com within 7 days of receiving the new item so we can determine the next course of action. Be sure to provide your order number as well as photos or videos so we can assist you as quickly as possible. 
  • Style Workroom reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having a manufacturing defect you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item, refund, or store credit. 

 

Our team is available 7 days a week, 9:30am AEST - 4:30pm AEST. Please be aware in high traffic periods, running off a small team, it may take up to 4 days to receive a response. If you have not received a response within 4 days, please send a follow up email.
