For incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind we offer our customers 48 hours from time of receipt of delivery to return for a refund or credit.
We will provide a refund within 7 days of purchase only if the item is faulty. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it within 7 days of purchase along with the receipt.
All returned items are to be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all tags attached.
Style Workroom will not accept the return if we consider the item/s used. There are no returns on sale or discounted items.
All purchases on sale items are final.
There will be no exchange or refunds on swimwear, lingerie earrings and footwear.
Style Workroom will not be responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the item.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been processed, it will be despatched within 1-2 business days. Depending on whether shipped within Australia or Internationally these times may vary. Within Australia-3-5 working days. Internationally-10-15 days. You may request Express Post. This may incur a higher surcharge.

Can I ship to a PO Box or Hotel?
Within Australia we can ship to a PO Box but not to Hotels etc. Shipping outside Australia we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Hotels.
Can I change my order?
We are not able to make any changes or cancellations of an order once it has been placed and processed. However, You may exchange an item. This does not include vintage garments. Please read our Refunds and Returns Policy.
What do I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
