Style Workroom secures all personal information that is shared when purchasing through our online store. Style Workroom will protect all information shared and have made our site as secure as possible.


After processing, all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Allow 3-5 business days for your order to reach you. Orders are shipped via [Australia Post] unless otherwise specified. Express Post/Courier may incur a higher surcharge.Shipping costs may depend on the weight of the order. [$10.00 Australia post Express Post $13.00]
International Courier will be DHL and based on weight .customer will get an email to confirm cost. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Mon-Fri. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note, during busy periods or launch of a new collection or a sale there may be delays in processing and shipping. All customers are responsible for any customs/import duties and taxes. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for Customs should they require it. We recommend contacting your local Customs office for further information.


For incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind we offer our customers 48 hours from time of receipt of delivery to return for a refund or credit. 

We will provide a refund within 7 days of purchase only if the item is faulty. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it within 7 days of purchase along with the receipt.
All returned items are to be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all tags attached.
Style Workroom will not accept the return if we consider the item/s used. There are no returns on sale or discounted items. 
All purchases on sale items are final.
There will be no exchange or refunds on swimwear, lingerie earrings and footwear. 
Style Workroom will not be responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the item.
